Airport Transfer

On request we are arranging a transfer service from Munich airport (MUC) to host family address in Augsburg.

The costs are € 88,-- one way.

Health Insurance

We can gladly end a suitable and reasonable (starting from € 26,--) health insurance on the spot and in a matter of minutes, or obtain one for you with the necessary documents for the visa.

Residence Regulations and Visa

The course participant is responsible for ensuring that his / her stay in Germany is legal. For participants, that need a visa requirement, we gladly give the information and documents needed.

You receive from us, after a successful registration and payment of the course fee, within two days all required documents for the visa, per e- mail and later by the postal delivery.

After the entry in Germany, you need to registrate by the local administration. Naturally, we are available for you with advice and assistance.

The refusal of a visa does not suffice for a payback of the course fee. We examine the refusal and require a separate confirmation from the embassy. If there are no doubts from the Sprachforum’s side, regarding the authenticity of the refusal, we are willing to pay the paid course fee minus the cancellation fee from 25% of the course fee, but at least 120 Euros.
